Due to legal restrictions on the shipment of alcoholic beverages, we can only accept members 21 years of age or older with delivery addresses in the following states: Alaska (additional shipping charges will apply), California, DC (limited to one quart per person per month), Iowa, Minnesota (limited to two cases per person per year) and Wisconsin. If you live in another state and would like to join the Club, please send us an email and we’ll get back to you on whether your state allows direct shipments of wine.

Your credit card will be billed automatically just before we ship each new release.

In order to ship wine to your state, we may be required to charge sales tax; for addresses in California, this will be 7.75%, other states will vary.

The credit card you choose to keep on file with us will be billed one week prior to each shipment. There’s no cost to join, no membership dues, and you are free to cancel anytime after receiving the first shipment. Cancellations must be received (by phone, mail, email, or FAX) at least 15 days prior to the next shipment you do not wish to receive.

All shipments will require a signature of someone who is at least 21 years of age. For this reason we recommend having your shipments sent to a place of work. Note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. 7.75% sales tax will be added to all shipments in California and other states will vary.
